How information moves through this website.

This page explains what information the Wright Forster Group website receives, how the contact flow works, and which services may process technical or inquiry data.

Overview

A small amount of information, for a clear purpose.

This website does not offer user accounts. Information comes from two main places: details you choose to include in a project inquiry and technical data created when a browser requests the site.

01 · Information you provide

Project inquiry details

The contact form asks for your name, email address, business or organization, project type, and a description of what you would like to improve or build. WFG uses that information to understand the inquiry, respond, and continue the conversation you requested.

02 · Contact flow

Direct delivery or an addressed email draft

The form can operate in two ways, depending on the site configuration. When a direct form endpoint is configured, the browser sends the fields to that service for delivery to WFG.

When a direct endpoint is not configured—or when it cannot complete—the site prepares an addressed draft in your default email application. It may also copy the completed brief to your clipboard so you can paste it if the draft does not open. In this email-draft flow, WFG receives the inquiry only after you choose to send the email.

03 · Technical data and analytics

Information created when the site loads

The hosting service may process request information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics are optional and are not required for the site to function. If an analytics service is configured, it may receive page views, general referral information, browser or device details, and similar usage data. The site is designed so the names, email addresses, and project descriptions entered in the contact form are not included in analytics events.

During a browsing session, the site may keep the first landing path, campaign parameters, and the referring website’s hostname in session storage. If you send an inquiry, that limited attribution context can travel with the form so WFG can understand how the conversation began. It does not include the pages you visit after arrival and is cleared by the browser when the session ends.

The site’s application code does not currently set advertising cookies. If a future service uses cookies or browser storage, this page will be updated to identify that change.

04 · Service providers

Services that may process information

WFG relies on a website host to deliver this site and an email provider to receive correspondence. A configured form-delivery service may process contact fields, and a configured analytics provider may process the limited usage data described above. Those providers process information through their own systems.

Links to portfolio websites and other external services lead to sites with their own privacy practices.

05 · Your choices

You decide what to include

You can contact WFG by email without using the form, and you can choose how much project context to share. You may also email WFG to ask about the inquiry information associated with your email address, request a correction, or request deletion.
