A few useful answers before the first conversation.
Useful answers before the first conversation.
01What does Wright Forster Group build?
WFG designs and develops customer-facing websites, workflow automations, internal dashboards, and practical digital tools. The work can focus on one of those areas or connect several of them into one system.
02Can a project include both a website and automation?
Yes. A website can capture a request while an automation validates the information, routes it to the right place, creates a record, and starts the next step for the team. WFG can plan the public experience and the operational workflow together.
03Can WFG help with automation without rebuilding the website?
Yes. An engagement can focus on a workflow, integration, internal dashboard, or administrative bottleneck without including a new public website. The first step is understanding the current process and where information or follow-up gets stuck.
04Can WFG work with an existing website or process?
A project does not always need to start from zero. WFG can review an existing site, form, handoff, or administrative process and identify a useful place to improve, rebuild, or connect it.
05What does builder-led mean?
Strategy and implementation stay connected. Decisions about content, interface, data, and workflow are grounded in what will actually be built, tested, and maintained.
06What do I need before starting a conversation?
A finished brief is not required. A useful starting point is the current situation, the part that feels harder than it should, and what you want a customer or team member to be able to do next.
07What happens at handoff and after launch?
Handoff, access, documentation, and any post-launch support are defined during scoping so the responsibilities are clear before work begins. Ongoing care is not assumed unless it is included in the agreed project scope.
08Does WFG take on government contracting work?
WFG is establishing an emerging government contracting practice. The company is exploring right-sized prime opportunities and teaming conversations that align with its web development, automation, digital intake, and internal-tool capabilities.
