The work

Need, response, and result.

The essential project story, from the initial digital need to the present state of the work.

01

Problem

A service operation needed a shared weekly view that could coordinate crew assignments, job movement, and completion updates across office staff, technicians, and a full-screen shop display.

02

Approach

The system pairs a current-week display with an authenticated editor workspace, realtime synchronization, one-editor locking, date and technician reassignment, automatic unfinished-work carryover, completion-request approvals, schedule search, and JSON backups.

03

Current direction

WeekRelay remains in development. Its current direction is a practical shared operations layer intended to keep weekly scheduling and job-status handoffs in one place; no completed result is presented here.
